If there were more stars I would have highlighted all of them too.
I met Tom in January 2015 when I asked him to do a valuation on my Uncle house, who had recently passed away. Tom was of the knowledge that the valuation he was doing on my uncle's house was for a future sale after I engaged a Solicitor to handle my Uncle's affairs. I wanted to touch base with an agent when I was in Coffs Harbour and find somebody that I felt I could trust and liked to handle this sale as I live in Nowra and would be handling all this via phone calls and emails. Tom is very personable and one on one with you and I feel like he has become a friend in this regard, he is very patient and understanding, considering this was a delicate situation we were dealing with

Very professional transaction
Tom Sullivan has been absolutely fantastic. Tom came recommended by my sister who purchased a property through him in 2012. We had sold our house in Terrigal so we contacted him directly to see if he could assist us in purchasing a property in the Coffs region. He told us of a property he thought may be coming on the market and contacted the owner to see whether he was still considering selling it. As it turned out it was the property we purchased in Boambee. From start to finish Tom was absolutely fantastic and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a professional Real Estate Agent. Outstanding Service from Poressionals Sawtell
Tom and all the staff at Professionals Real Estate Sawtell have been a pleasure to deal with over the past 3 years. I originally bought the property from them, and was so impressed by the service that I engaged them as managing agents when I rented the property out, which naturally led into asking Tom to handle the sale. Tom's market knowledge is excellent, supported by his professionalism and honesty. A truly impressive feature was not only that Tom kept us up to date verbally but also that each week Tom would email us a one page report outlining interest in the property and offers received that week. I would highly recommend Tom and the team for all real estate requirements in Coffs Harbour.
