Personal and professional
Chantal and Leah have always maintained contact to inform me of updates and always work collaboratively when reviewing applications for a new tenant. They’re friendly, helpful and make me feel valued as a client. NTY has a local feel about it but are very professional in their approach. I purchased my apartment from the company and they continue to mange it for me making me feel reassured that it’s in capable hands.
