When we bought our first home, Brock was the selling agent. We had a great experience with him then, from the buyer's perspective and we continued to maintain contact over the years on occasion and he was always happy to come out and provide a valuation or advice on the numerous occasions when we were considering selling. He has a very genuine, trustworthy and down to earth nature and doesn't leave you with the sleazy feeling you get from some other agents. Brock provided us with great advice on which home improvements were worth implementing before putting our house on the market and I'm sure his advice resulted in a greater increase to our sale price compared to the money spent on improvements (as well as a quicker sale). As our agent, Brock helped us sell our property quickly and at a great price and we have no hesitations recommending him. Particularly if your property is in the Maylands and surrounding area, he has great local knowledge, maintains fantastic client relationships (he could still remember the names of all our neighbours!) and is a pleasure to deal with. Brock is the type of agent that as a buyer I would want to do business with, as he is courteous, honest, respectful and easy to deal with, and is a major reason why we continue to appoint Brock.
