About Steve

Steve has had a wide background in many of the specialty fields connected to the real estate industry; including engineering, building, marketing and finance. His previous roles ranged from drafting and design through to running his own maintenance and landscaping business. He has completed several tertiary qualifications; an Advanced Certificate in Civil Engineering, an Associate Diploma in Applied Science Construction and a Bachelor of Commerce Financial Planning major (actually graduating top of his class and winning the AMP financial planning prize). Throughout his working life Steve has found he enjoys the dynamics of dealing with people on a daily basis, more than dealing with just facts and figures. Hence, Steve’s people focus, together with his construction, marketing and finance background, meant entering the real estate industry was a natural progression for him. Throughout his real estate career Steve has worked hard to apply the marketing techniques he researched while at university and the skills he has developed in previous sales positions. His marketing know-how, straight forward manner, and his perseverance and determination, have served him well in achieving the very best results for his clients. Excellent

Steve was my agent for the sales of my unit. Being overseas, it was important to me to find a trustworthy, reliable and responsive agent and Steve was great in all aspects. He kept me informed throughout the sales process, was prompt in answering my questions, was quick and efficient throughout the process from listing, orgnising open sessions and getting the sales contract signed. He also went above and beyond his responsiblities e.g. organising disposal of items in my unit to meet the sales contract condition. He is very experienced and also an expert in the Bayswater area so I highly recommend him and his agency for selling/buying/renting of properties.
