Brock has now sold multiple properties for me. The first property I was super busy and I barely had to do anything throughout the process, Brock made it so easy. I was given the documents, and a few weeks later the property was sold. The second property however we had to do some work to it. Brock came down and greeted me, gave me a great preliminary appraisal along with a vast amount of quality advice and tradespeople contacts to help us get the project up to where we wanted it (and all the tradies gave us good value and service). Once the property was ready for sale, Brock organised the marketing and commenced the sale process. The marketing documuent he prepared was incredibly thorough and conveyed all the information a buyer would have needed, and then some (if I was a buyer, I would have loved to read this). Due to his diligence and experience, he had 33 GROUPS of people through the property on the first open home, with 12 offers following and we had the property sold within days to a quality buyer and at a better price than originally expected. Brock was very communicative throughout the whole process without being pushy at all and was so lovely to deal with. He was a gentleman rather than a salesperson which I found a great relief. I saw some of his dialogue with the buyer and I know his genuineness went two ways, so everyone won. I would highly recommend Brock to anyone looking for an agent to sell or purchase a property.
