Brock is the type of agent that as a buyer I would want to do business with, as he is courteous, honest, respectful and easy to deal with, and is a major reason why we continue to appoint Brock. Unlike other agent experiences, I find that Brock is humble and listens well to understand my needs to agree on a sale target. Brock has never 'pumped up my tyres' in order to get the listing only to 'sell me down' once an offer is on the table.
