Dealing with Grant was very professional and uncomplicated. We had been approved for a unit managed by Grant but didn't go ahead as another unit was more what we were looking for. If the decision would be solely based on the agent we would have gone with Grant as he did follow up promptly with our questions to the landlord and kept the right balance between us as prospective tenants and the landlord. During our recent search we didn't meet many agents of Grant's caliber. I would recommend him anytime as an agent.
