He was knowledgeable about the house and area, thorough in cleaning and fixing the place, true to his word and made the move-in experience easy due to his flexibility. He’s personable and friendly I liked how he checks in if we’re happy, and he’s also reasonable when we asked for some additions to the house. He is responsive and gets things done. I’m also impressed by the online systems he uses for everything; rental agreements, inspections and bonds- goodbye to paperwork. Highly recommend.
