Belinda has sold two unique properties for us over the last three years
Belinda is excellent to deal with. She brings her pragmatic knowledge of how to present and sell a property such that the two unique properties we listed were sold in a very short timeframe and at our target price. At all stages of the process, Belinda and her team were a pleasure to deal with. We would recommend Belinda to anyone looking for a good outcome.

Belinda was very good to deal with.
While I would not have taken any less than the price Belinda got for me I did get seemingly more than the going rate for the area most likely because Belinda could see the value of many better features and no doubt explained these to clients.

You may do better elsewhere.
I engaged Belinda Hocking to sell our bush property. The property was never going to be easy to value or to sell - it was a property with appeal for a small cross section of people only. The first disappointment was that I do not believe Belinda had any idea at all where to value our property. Initially the property was put on the market at 15% above its eventual selling price, result no bites. The interest increased when the asking price was reduced to a more realistic value. After two months we came to the summer break and Belinda arranged for her offsider who had never set foot on the property to show a prospective purchaser around. I thought that was totally unprofessional and undertook to do the inspection myself. Indeed it transpired that I did all the subsequent inspections numbering at least 20 and Belinda did not set foot on our property again. The property was eventually sold in late May / June to people I showed around. After my having done at least 20 inspections totalling more than 40 hours of my time and saving Belinda a great deal of her time I requested a modest reduction on her invoice. She refused point blank. If you need an agent in the Alexandra area I would definitely advise anyone to look elsewhere.
