Belinda has been an absolutely amazing throughout our long journey to find a home. Belinda was very knowledgeable and even shared some very helpful knowledge when it can to selling our own home. Even though she wasn’t our agent, Belinda was more than happy to help during tough times. After searching Open Houses over many months, it seemed it was going to take a lot longer to find "the one". Belinda suggested a couple of Off Market properties to look at, so I checked them out. Block sold reasonably quick. Felt a little bit pressured to drop the price by close to 10% after only 4-6 weeks after first putting it on the market at the price they first suggested but I followed their suggestion. Good communication but felt as though we could have got a bit more for it with a bit of patience.
