A very excellent outcome as a result of Belinda's determination and professionalism.
Belinda has for 6 months has been trying to find us a house and her hard work and constant contact achieved the satisfactory result. Her good understanding of the housing market of Alexandra has put her in good stead to succeed in the Real estate field.

True and Honest Proffesional
Highly recommend Belinda Hocking, always felt at ease dealing with Belinda, and her knowledge on all properties we visited was outstanding. Her valuable advise regarding what l was looking for in Eildon was a game changer for me. I drove down from Sydney to view property's and Belinda was supportive all the way. Also very knowledgeable on the area and well prepared when l arrived. Probably saved me $100,000 from buying another house which would of required major renovation and had many hidden issues. Her support during and after purchasing house was unbelievable and l couldn't of done it without her ongoing support and assistance. She kept in touch and ensured purchasing of house went through as smooth as possible. Do not hesitate dealing with Belinda, she really has a caring attitude towards her clients.

Communication was excellent
Belinda was extremely helpful to us every step of the way whilst buying our property. Nothing was too much trouble, right down to getting measurements of the fridge opening! She was punctual when meeting us for inspections and very friendly.

Professional, responsive, friendly
We worked with Belinda to purchase a new property in June/July 2023. We had looked at a number of others in the same area over previous years and felt the agents were often dismissive of our intent to purchase, or generally unresponsive. However, Belinda was friendly and responsive from the start, quickly getting back to us from our first contact, being flexible on timing to view the property, honest in her views of improvements needed and the local area, and helpful throughout the process of purchase. I would highly recommend Belinda as an agent to anyone wishing to purchase in her region.
