A FIRST CLASS RIDE
It has been a really bumpy ride to get to the sale of our house. many inspections, an offer falling through and another finally accepted. Throughout all of this Christine has conducted a first class service, keeping us in the picture and taking our wishes into account at all times. Add in her wit and sense of humour and we couldn't have asked for better. Well done!!

Easy and no problems.
I bought a home in Bombala through Christine and she was fantastic. Short settlement (which I wanted) and she organised for me to pay deposit on the day of viewing. Everything went smoothly and she was very professional. Highly recommended.

Buying acerage
Her communication and prompt response was appreciated while in the initial negotiating stage. The help to reach a quick agreement was great, particularly at this diffiult time of real estate insecurity. Once agreed upon her mediating for us, was great. The only thing I would say to improve upon excellence, is communication between the buyng stage and settlement, because you are left with not knowing what is going on, until it is settlement. This is important to follow the process properly so the contract meets legal standards. It requires trust, it is important to have that, because it can be stressful, particularly at this time of housing instability and crisis. Overall happy with her.
