Tanya is a delight to deal with.
Always positive and communicates well. She is keen to hear your concerns and offer appropriate advice. She is passionate about the local community and her knowledge of the local real estate market is excellent. Tanya's "Cohuna Showcase" initiative resulted in the prompt sale of our house. Her down to earth, easy going nature fits in well with this rural area. All technical aspects of the sale have been handled professionally and promptly. This is the second time we have dealt with Tanya and have no hesitation in recommending her.

Exceptionally professional and knowledgeable!
Tanya is extremely professional but the most lovely person to engage with and really can envision your thoughts whether that be from a sale or purchase perspective. The extensive knowledge she holds from her experiences in the real estate business and from her own successes in property show exactly why I chose her as my agent! She is very punctual and been a great help for my successful (and quick) sale of the property with me barely having to think about it. I have proudly broadcasted that I was selling through Tanya and the why behind it to many people. You would be silly to not listen and take her professional advise!
