Exceptionally professional and knowledgeable!
Tanya is extremely professional but the most lovely person to engage with and really can envision your thoughts whether that be from a sale or purchase perspective. The extensive knowledge she holds from her experiences in the real estate business and from her own successes in property show exactly why I chose her as my agent! She is very punctual and been a great help for my successful (and quick) sale of the property with me barely having to think about it. I have proudly broadcasted that I was selling through Tanya and the why behind it to many people. You would be silly to not listen and take her professional advise! Thank you so very much Tanya, we simply could not have imagined a better experience!!!!

Tanya was very responsive and great with her communication, from our first initial contact, to the day of settlement. We had an offer on our property 2 days after it hit the market, and a signed contract that same day! Tanya went above and beyond, and worked hard to secure us the best deal. Above & beyond! Are the first words to describe our experience with Tanya.
Currently living 3 hours away from Cohuna we had a lot questions before committing to the drive and Tanya answered them all with her extensive knowledge and offered to do a FaceTime call and walked us through the property. Tanya was honest with the needs the property required but was reassuring we could get it done with hubby’s handy man skills and some external professional help. The property was also priced right reflecting the needs, but showcasing the beautiful positives. Meeting Tanya in person was an absolute pleasure, Tanya is so friendly, personable, very accommodating and has a wealth of knowledge not only about properties but also has a passion about the town, as we will be moving to live in the community, so we had lots to ask & discuss. Tanya even drove out to where we were camping, after hours, on a Friday night to bring us the contract of sale to sign! Tanya always makes herself available to answer any concerns and just gets things done! Tanya has made this whole, at times stressful experience such a positive one and we could not highly recommend a better real estate agent. Excellent agent
This is the third time we have bought through Tanya. She is extremely knowledgeable of the area and made our house hunting experience very enjoyable. Her communication is excellent and she goes above and beyond to ensure vendors and purchasers are able to understand the process. She was quick to respond to queries with honesty and integrity. She has a high standard of marketing skills and utilises professional photos with descriptive advertisements to highlight and promote property features. An extremely positive experience!
