Colin knows the game, was close to the final price with his estimated cost, despite difficulties with the vendor's perceived valuation.

We found Colin to be genuine and truthful with his advice when assisting us in choosing to purchase our property. Colin’s availability to communicate with us professionally when ever we had questions was something else. He was always forthcoming with making us very comfortable to inspect the property several times and answered all our queries, until we were confident in making our decision. Colin’s referrals to trades, local resources and overall general information concerning rural living was very helpful to us. He is a man of his word, with a wealth of knowledge that is rare in today’s real estate. We have had a wonderful experience purchasing our 100 acres from Colin. Thank you for everything Colin especially for the advice and time you gave us. Kind Regards
