Smooth purchase of my new house in the Home Hill region

Amber is Amazing.
Amber showed her knowledge of the area in which we sold our house. Amber kept us informed throughout the selling process
After the house did not sell with another agent, Amber contacted me and requested to also take over the sale of mum and dad's house. She reintroduced enthusiasm into the selling campaign by using video segments into the advertisements for the house and extending the advertisements to wider forums. Amber kept us informed of the efforts put into selling the house with various open days and private showings and regular feedback. She was very quick to answer correspondence made by phone or email. I would recommend Amber to anyone who is selling a house as a reliable and knowledgeable agent.

Amber was friendly and efficient and represented our house well to potential buyers.
Amber had a strong market knowledge. Previous to going to market, we had asked her for a valuation. Despite asking for a higher price and the eventual buyer tendering a lower offer, the eventual sale price was spot on the valuation Amber had given us. The whole process was quick and easy.
