No problem ever to big or small!
We had the absolute pleasure of working with Jack Thomas during the purchase of our home in Tenterfield, and we can’t speak highly enough of his performance. Jack’s knowledge of the local area is exceptional. He was able to answer every question with confidence and provided genuine insights that really helped us feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. It was clear from the start that he truly understands the Tenterfield market and cares about getting the best outcome for his clients. What stood out most was his willingness to go above and beyond—nothing was ever too much trouble. Whether it was taking calls, following up on details, or making sure everything stayed on track, Jack was always available, professional, and incredibly helpful. Buying a home can be a stressful experience, but Jack made it feel smooth and manageable from start to finish. We’re so grateful for his dedication and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy real estate agent.

Trust worthy - caring - always available - gets the project done
Jack and his team are a great local on-the-ground support for buying and selling property (we have done both with Jack). There is no other agency in the region that has the level of professionalism, local knowledge, transparency, care, and ease of transacting. Highly recommended.

Jack was excellent with his availability and communication, thoroughly recommend him.
My experience engaging Jack and the team and Nutrien Harcourts was excellent. Jack and Emma went above and beyond to arrange for services etc needed in order to sell the property as I live some hours away . Jack's knowledge of the local market and pricing was spot on and I found the process from start through to sale to be professional and stress-free. I highly recommend Jack and his team.

Dream agent
We recently bought our new home in Tenterfield and Jack was the agent. If you’re looking for someone to assist you with your real estate needs I couldn’t recommend Jack more highly. Jack has great broad and local knowledge. He is professional, friendly and will go above and beyond to assist. No query is too small and he is incredibly communicative. Best of all he’s not the stereotypical fast-talking slick real estate agent trying to push you into anything or confuse you. He is kind, honest and abounding in integrity. We’re happy to be in our home and have NO plans of leaving but if we ever need real estate expertise in the future we won’t be going to anyone else. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jack and those who works with at Nutrien to anyone!
