If anyone is looking to sell their property, I highly recommend Jack. From our first meeting, he was down to earth, professional and went above and beyond to ensure I was well informed throughout the journey to sale. He took the time to genuinely get to know me, was patient with queries or concerns throughout the entire sales process. Jack addressed each concern with expertise and empathy. Throughout the negotiation process, Jack was proactive, strategic and fair. I felt he expertly and respectfully managed offers with the best interests of both myself and potential buyers in mind, which led to a fantastic, smooth result for all parties involved.

Jack and his team are excellent communicators. I was given plenty of notice when viewings were arranged. Kept informed as to outcomes of viewings and was able to reach Jack promptly when I needed to speak to him. I felt able to leave the process in his hands and a great outcome was achieved in the time frame I was given. Jack has a calm, laid back vibe but gets the job done professionally. Couldn’t be happier I chose Jack and his team to sell my house.

Well, I bought the block so I can't not be happy. In all honesty, it was easy speaking with Jack and he was knowledgeable and laid back. Discussing the price was honest and he came across as genuine. The present at the end was nice too. Thanks Jack and team.

We found Jack to always be friendly, approachable and has a sound knowledge of the local market. We thank Jack for the way he kept us informed but was never pushy.

I had the opportunity to both purchase a property listed by Harcourts and later use their services to sell the same property. On both occasions, Jack was exceptionally helpful, professional, and consistently available. He communicated clearly and worked collaboratively to ensure a win-win outcome. Though it took time but I'm especially grateful for his support in selling the property at market value. Thank you, Jack, and best wishes to you and your agency for continued success!

At every point throughout our search for a property Jack was the consummate professional. Jack went above and beyond what I have experienced from real estate agents in the past and I would have no hesitation in recommending Jack to either prospective buyers or sellers. If I could give 6 stars I would.

Jack was THE MOST fantastic real estate agent we could have asked for! He was knowledgeable, kind and extremely tolerant of our impatience. I would 1000% use him again.

Selling my block of land in Tenterfield couldn’t have been made any easier thanks to Jack Thomas! His advice to hold off selling until the market was right, was spot on! Jack is very easy to communicate with and we could enjoy a joke or two. Nothing was a problem and I wasn’t stressed at all. My property sold in the first four days and for full asking price! I couldn’t ask for more. Thanks Jack for making this such a great experience! Ps. The video of the property was great, along with your commentary! Loved it!
