I cannot speak more highly of Steve Boyle. As first-time sellers, I had no idea how important it was to have an agent who was on your team, but Steve held our hands the whole way and managed the whole process brilliantly. We wanted cosmetic things done before sale - Steve helped organise great tradespeople who didn't cost an arm and a leg. His ready list of potential buyers and great negotiating skills saw us sell within 10 days of the ad going online and settling in just over 5 weeks, which set us up for purchasing our next property beautifully. My husband and I were very happy to have worked with Stephen. He communicated clearly about the nature of the market and the way in which he worked. Having outlined the approach he would take with the sale of our unit, he said he would leave it for us to contact him and he did. We were able to depend on timely communication and advice. He was always punctual, organised a substantial number of inspections, attempting to group these where possible, and our property was sold within a month, as he said it would be. When a couple of minor concerns arose, not of his doing, Stephen responded quickly in resolving the issues. He made a potentially stressful time much easier and we would happily work with him again, and refer him to others.

Stephen and the OPRE team were amazing throughout the sale process. They organised contractors for the property to be repaired and well presented as very reasonable prices, I couldn't have done this anywhere near as efficiently or as well and the results were fantastic. Stephen then arranged for viewing, and managed the bidding process. We were extremely happy with his communication through the view process, and the number of bids received and price was obtained. Stephen has worked in this area for a long time and his knowledge and experience shows. I highly recommend Stephen and Oak Park Real Estate.
