We spoke to 3 agents of which Steve Boyle from Oak Park Real Estate was one. We found Steve to be honest in his appraisal and didn't 'sugar coat' things just to get the listing. He made suggestions of improvements we could make to our home to get a better sale price which we followed up on. He kept us informed at all times with feed back from the inspections of which there were plenty. In the end we had several interested buyers who were willing to pay the advertised price but as a result of Steve's negotiations, we had a buyer offering an amount well in excess others and unconditional too which we were very pleased with and accepted.
