We sold and then purchased through Paul earlier this year. Paul made several initial visits to both advise us and explain the process, giving up his weekend to do so. He was always willing to answer the phone and nothing was ever too much trouble. We were elated with our sale and the price obtained after only one inspection and multiple offers.
