I had so many other real estate ajents called me to sell or rent, but I did not respond. My wife requested that we look around for lot of ajents offers to decide who we will go with to sell, as some of the ajents take low commision compart to Obrain. But I was convinced that Mark was the Man who can sell our house due to his knowledge and customer service talent. My wife agreed with me when he presented the plan on our first meeting.
