We had a property rented through O'Brien, so when we decided to sell we were referred to Anthony Molinaro and his team. They provided insightful information into the market in our area, and once we decided to go ahead, they stepped us through the process. We were kept informed throughout the whole process, and in the end we sold for a great price. Overall they were friendly, explained everything clearly, and worked with us closely as we were out of state to execute the sale. Great job.

Thanks Anth for such a smooth sale of our block. This being my first-ever sale, I was extremely nervous and you really held our hand through the whole thing. The negotiating at the last point before the Auction was awesome. We have sold this block in such a happy way, we couldn't have asked for a better agent. Thank you!!

Selling a house needs a good strong agent who hides your emotions and leads their team to make all the right moves. It’s a daunting process but Anthony made it super easy, with clarity professionalism and straight up honesty. In this market, you need transparency and good advice from your agent so that you can be best positioned to capitalise on the deal when that perfect buyer comes along. Would absolutely recommend Anthony and his team to guide your campaign to selling, in any location and any price point. Top job guys!

It was a pleasure working with Anthony on the sale of my apartment . He was informative, knowledgeable on the market trends and had such a great down to earth , friendly and pleasant approach in his sales style . The campaign went so smoothly and the apartment sold quickly. I’d happily recommend Anthony and the sales team again. It’s a sweet end of a chapter working with the obrien team. They have the best people that take pride in what they do! They are always considerate of both owner and tenants needs whilst achieving sales results! I waited a while before listing the apartment based on market insights and it was the right time
