Fantastic communication and advise
Thank you, Anthony and the whole team, at O'Brien's Blackburn for the advice and assistance you and your team provided me, not only during the sale of my apartment but also for the management of it premises while I had it leased. Prior to sale you provided honest, sound advice, and your communication through the whole process was fantastic. When I was looking to lease my property a few years ago, I had walked into four other real-estate agents around the area, simply asking for an outline of the fees and charges for managing my place. Not one of those businesses gave me any information other than to say someone would call me back. However, when I walked into O’Brien’s, your front receptionist was welcoming and pleasant and immediately provided me a document outlining the packages you offered, and costs associated. It was her demeanor along with the transparency of your services that made me choose O’Brien’s to manage my property, and you have done that brilliantly. I would not hesitate to recommend your team. Outstanding Service
We have bought and sold properties through Michael and O'Brien Real Estate Blackburn. The process of buying was very relaxed and easy. Some agents can be a little pushy and it puts me off. When it came time to sell Michael was our first thought for an agent as we were very happy with our previous experience. We were keen to move our property and were given good advice about selling. Michael always kept us informed after every open day. We had good feedback as to how the market was going and the response to ads on their website and from realestate.com. Michael gave good advice when it came to lowering our asking price to meet the market. We ended up selling and were happy with the result. If I decide to buy or sell Michael will be the first person I call.

Genuine, Industrious, Hard Working!
Michael is an experienced and competent real estate professional, who knows his stuff and knows the local area where Mum's house was sold very well. He set reasonable expectations with price range, and as it turned out, the selling price exceeded this range. Most importantly, Michael is a top bloke - warm, personable, empathetic, authentic and realistic. There's no smooth talking or shiny suit schmoozing. What he says he delivers. He is conscientious keeping the client regularly updated and informed on how things are progressing, from open-house inspections to buyer interest/enquiries. Michael's approach reflects wider values and quality service of OBrien Real Estate, Blackburn, a family-run business led by Frank, Lena and Anthony. All my interactions with staff there were friendly, pleasant and courteous, from front reception to directors and agents. Couldn't have picked a better representative to sell Mum's home. Thank you for all your efforts.

Great result, very happy!
We are very happy with the way Harry managed the sale of your property. From the very start he was professional, open and honest in the way he worked with us. His industry knowledge was a great help to us as he gave us very good and timely advise on the best way to progress with the sale. He kept us regularly informed on how the open house inspections were going, how he is following up with potential buyers and what would give us the best shot in selling our property. Harry organized a very good handy man to fix small items and also helped organize the staging for the property. He was not pushy like other agents and showed that he genuinely wanted to get us the best deal.
