As soon as I met Mitchell and Jae on site from Obrian Real Estate I felt connected to both agents as they listened to my needs, and acted fast. They were professional competent in what they do, and rented our investment at the right price. Very happy so far, and hope to have a long term relationship with both agents. If we ever sell it, it will be offered to Obrian agents who are managing the property. The process was seamless fast and easy to deal with as both agents are generally interested in the client and tenants making it fair and best practice system.
