We wanted to sell our property that was being managed by a different agency. When that agency proved to be uncooperative about negotiating with O'Brien, Jae offered to take over managing the property for us, even though it was only going to be for a short time. As it turned out, our renter vacated before we sold, so Jae needed to manage end of lease matters for us.
