The first time we met Michelle we hadn’t yet decided who we were going to entrust with the sale of our home, even though we had already met with others before. However, when Michelle walked into our home, her professionalism was very apparent. She told us a little about herself but most importantly wanted to know about our expectations. She was courteous, honest and a great listener. Her knowledge of our local area was also obvious. Choosing Michelle to sell our home was suddenly an easy decision to make. Normally, I would be the last person to heap praise on estate agents. However, I could not say anything but the best about Michelle and her team (Jasmine, Emma, Tamara,...). Our house was sold in practically no time and for the price that, even in theory, seemed like the upper bound. In a hindsight, going with another agent would have been a huge gamble. Lovely presentation of home. No pressure. Was given a hard copy of the section 32 at inspection, which gave me time to read before she rang back asking about what I thought of the property. Was able to help with a connection to a conveyancer as well. Property was also available to look at at other times that suited myself and family members.
