Michelle's team were first class in their attitude and approach. Nothing was too difficult and was a real team approach. We met at least 4 of the team during our buying process and received messages from at least 2 others. This may sound a bit over the top, but for us it felt like we always being looked after, were up to date and fully informed informed. We had to do a few visits "on the fly" and again were accommodated with a gracious attitude. The single point of difference that stood out for us was, everyone introduced themselves as part of "Michelle's team". I have experienced with other agents some internal competition, none of that to see here.
