I have known Ben for a few years since the time i purchased my property. He was very helpful and instrumental in helping me secure a property when the times were tough. Apart from negotiating the final sale price I had no direct interaction with Michelle. I spoke with different people at two inspections and via email communications. As a first home buyer I'm not sure how these interactions should be rated but I had hoped for something a bit more supportive.
