I cannot speak more highly of Michelle. From the very first meeting she had fantastic ideas of how to present the house for sale and what to expect. She obtained quotes from tradesmen and coordinated works. Within 2 weeks we had finished the painting , new carpets , garden makeover and styling. Michelle is totally professional, has great knowledge of the area and works 24/7. She even contacted potential buyers while she was overseas leading up to Xmas. Couldn't thank Jared and Stephanie enough for all the work they did to sell our house recently. We got the results we wanted and they couldn't have made it any easier for us. Jared is super knowledgeable and also very honest which we appreciated a great deal - especially in terms of expectations. Although I was stressed to the max, Jared remained reassuring and supportive from the beginning. Would definitely consider selling through Jared again if and when the time comes.
