Michelle provided us with top class service in the sale of our unit in Carrum. We bought our house from Symone, so when we decided to sell many years later we spoke with her because we were so impressed with her back then. We also spoke with a couple of other local agents just to compare services and fees. She easily came out on top! Symone’s local knowledge is amazing. She has a real passion for what she’s doing and is a pleasure to work with. She also had buyers she was working with prior to adverting online - one of them bought our house! The photographer, floor planner and copywriter she used to develop the ad were also amazing. Our photos and floor plan came out perfect, better than a lot you see online- which made the ad really stand out! We got a great result for our house and the whole process was seamless. What an experience! I had been wanting to sell for a while but was very nervous about the whole process.
