Michelle is a very personable and bubbly character. She gave us a great appraisal on our property. Larger than any other agent in the area. She believed in the value of our home, our place in the market and found a buyer in challenging circumstances, we sold at 10pm a couple of hours before Stage 4 Covid19 restriction were going to be implemented. We are very happy with the price and timing. If we sell in the future Michelle will be our agent.
