Buying a house is always exhausted, looking for places, remote buying, paper-work etc. But a team from Michelle and Lenny were giving such good experiences. We used whatsapp to provide daily conversation on seeing different places. Lanny was giving me the guidance on what are the paper works, suggesting the settlement date change, negotiate in between me and landlord to get the best interest on both sides. That could make a fair judgement for both parties. Most importantly, Lanny presented me the exact experience when I picked up the key at the settlement date, where I did not physically see the house before that.
