Symone was a fabulous agent from the moment I walked into O'Briens office right through to my daughter finding her new home and putting up the sold sign. I was doing the enquiries for my daughter as I was free of commitments to look around, we had a wide scope of suburbs in mind. Symone helped and advised from day one, with not only an excellent knowledge of the Carrum Downs/Skye areas but all around this south east region. Highly professional but genuinely caring towards her clients, she was so attuned to my daughters taste and likes in houses and units and was quick to update us with suitable properties as soon as they arose. It was never any trouble for Symone to organise an inspection that suited both the seller and ourselves. Her communication skills and promptness was wonderful and we appreciated her honesty, advice and openness. Symones post sale followup was also so thoughtful and I can only recommend her most highly to anyone selling or buying as one of the best agents we have dealt with.

Michelle + her team at O’Brien real estate were absolutely fantastic throughout the entire process. Any queries we had were promptly answered AND they had our house under contract within 48 hours of it being listed and before it’s first inspection.
