Michelle is a wonderful agent that I have no trouble recommending. Her knowledge of the market and current trends is outstanding and her perseverance is second to none. Our property was difficult to sell in a falling market and several contracts fell through but Michelle continued to look for new buyers. She constantly reviewed our marketing campaign and followed up all leads until a sale was made. We initially started with another real estate company and moved to Michelle after 3 months with no interest. The service we received from Michelle was fantastic as she constantly kept us informed of opens, responses and possible buyers. I wouldn't use anyone else!!!
