Michelle and her team did an excellent job in communicating from the first inspection to the eventual sale which happened within the following week. We actually didn’t believe we had much of a chance with the house in question but we submitted an offer anyway and Michelle managed to work her magic and secure the property for us following some efficient negotiation. We couldn’t be happier!
