Excellent market knowledge and communication
Michelle has great communication and listening skills to achieve what her clients are looking for. She works long hours to get the job done and kept me up-to-date throughout the process. Michelle has a great team who enjoy her leadership to achieve the result I needed - I highly recommend Michelle whether buying or selling.

Seamless experience!
Ben was a fantastic person to have when selling our property. As we were interstate sellers, Ben was happy to ensure we were updated on the progress of our tenants vacating the property prior to sale and kept us updated over the phone every step of the way. Ben’s professionalism and negotiation skills allowed us to secure the sale price we wanted which we were very happy with. Ben had a calm approach to the entire process which made it absolutely seamless. We’d definitely recommend Ben to anyone wanting to sell their property.

Thank you O’Brien Real Estate
Whilst I can appreciate that real estate is a business, I found in my previous dealings with realtors that there was a perpetual lack of sensitivity to the emotional implications and attachment a vendor may have in selling their home. The team at O’Brien Real Estate were incredibly delicate and respectful in their approach. They were always contactable and consistently provided me with updates throughout the entirety of the process, which was very reassuring as I was already finding the situation quite challenging. I am incredibly grateful to have had Michelle, Emma and Tamara’s support and assistance in the sale of my home. The overall exchange was very smooth-running and I unfeignedly commend them for their wonderful efforts :)
