Michelle and her entire team are brilliant. I chose 3 of the top 4 agents in the area (one not chosen was also from O’Brien’s). All 3 came for an inspection but only 2 submitted proposals. Michelle was chosen because she gave us confidence that she could get what she sat the range at, and she did. Her team lead by Emma prepared the house far better than we ever could in 4 weeks over Christmas. First open house was 20th January and sold by 24th. No wonder Michelle is the no. 1 Agent in the area. It is not by accident.
