Working with Michelle made selling our property easy. I liked the fact that she got down to business quickly, was clear with her values and then delivered to them. The valuation of our house was spot on, also the modifications that she recommended made the property more appealing to a wide range of buyers. The upshot being that we sold our house within 2 weeks. My recommendation to others when using Michelle is to understand how her team work and the value they bring to the sale. Each person is trusted to deliver their part of the experience and it’s important to ask Michelle who they are and what they do. Michelle sells the place but isn’t always the person who guides you through the journey. This isn’t a criticism as knowing the others improves the experience. Would highly recommend using Michelle to anybody.

Michelle is an expert of the Sandhurst area and was able to provide in depth advice about our home price and expectations. Michelle also persevered through a quieter winter period in 2023 and achieved the exact price we had hoped for.
