Very fast timeline: Thursday - First meeting Monday - Photos Tuesday - Property went live Wednesday - Inspection times were advertised Saturday - Open house inspections Monday afternoon - Second inspections Monday night - SOLD!!!! Within 1/2 hr of signing with Michelle, she had painters and handymen at my front door to quote for work I needed done. I had to fly to Queensland the day after signing and everything was managed by her wonderful professional team. My house was open for inspection 3 weeks later and sold on the same day. All up she had 50 groups through my house and 13 written offers. I highly recommend Michelle to Vendors and to follow her advice to the letter. We had a great result and an early settlement.
