I initially contacted Michelle to quote on selling our unit because relatives had sold through Michelle and had a great experience. Michelle and her team at O'Brien were extremely professional and knowledgeable in advising on what was required to present our unit in the best possible light to attract buyers and to achieve the best possible sale price. Part of the service included Michelle's team contacting tradespeople to provide quotes for maintenance work required and arranging this maintenance, including organising keys for access. The team responded promptly to any questions we had, and contacted us almost daily with updates during the renovation and selling process. We followed their advice and were very happy with the result.
