Part of the service included Michelle's team contacting tradespeople to provide quotes for maintenance work required and arranging this maintenance, including organising keys for access. The team responded promptly to any questions we had, and contacted us almost daily with updates during the renovation and selling process. We followed their advice and were very happy with the result.
