Thoroughly satisfied with Nicola and Mike Joy of O'briens Real Estate. Very professional, courteous and a complete 'can do' attitude. Helped me address various small maintenance issues before going to market and provided ongoing close telephone and email feedback. Having seen many agents in action over the years it was quite satisfying to see how the bar has been raised. Commission and marketing costs are transparent. Money well spent. The house next door at No.6 (my mothers elderly friend) was sold by Hocking Stuart Chelsea for slightly less but for TWICE the commission. Integrity and honesty are invaluable traits when being represented in a housing transaction.
