I decided to use OBrien Real Estate to manage my property investment and I am so glad I chose them. After settlement, I had several minor renovations in the property and OBrien's team were there all the way. Tamara Abbott and Ashley Patane looked after my property, they were very professional, giving me regular updates and were very proactive with all the works required in the property they were able to organize all tradies and necessary work in the place. The team were able to secure a tenant within my expected timeframe. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future.
