Agencies in Carrum Downs, VIC, 3201

Have been with Harcourts Carrum Downs property management team for 17 years now. They have managed my investment property through many ups and downs in that time and have never been let down by them. My current property manager, Paula Lesjak, has been outstanding. Paula's constant communication and guidance through many different processes from letting out the property, inspections and even VCAT incidences has been exemplary. Would highly recommend their services for any prospective clients, especially Paula's.

From the beginning they were fantastic, from inspections to answering questions to discussing legal advice and fantastic follow-up up. The whole team is super friendly and very professional.

I have delt with O'Brien Real-estate when purchasing my property and had nothing short of an excellent experience. The team were extremely professional and kept me informed throughout the entire process. This has led to me trusting Jae and the team at O'Brien property management to lease and care for my property. As expected, not only has Jae secured me a substantial weekly rent, but also carries the same high standards and client focused care that I have now associated with O'Brien Real-estate. Thank you greatly to all involved, and keep up the fantastic work!

Simone, Jae, Rhys and Maddison were magnificent in all aspects from the first meeting. Took care of every detail and made the job of buying and letting our property very easy. Highly recommended !

Honesty and transparency were the things that stood out for me. The team were fantastic in responding to emails, keeping open communication at all times and understanding the market for a fair and reasonable result for both parties.

Sophie was great with keeping us up to date with everything! She was lovely to deal with ☺️

From the the start is was professionally handled .Sophie Bridges kept us informed and up to date on progress which was great , I will highly recommend Ray White Cranbourne really great service all the way.

I would especially like to thank the BDM, Suri, for his excellent communication and outstanding attention to detail. He kept me informed throughout the entire process and made everything feel seamless and well-managed. Thanks to Suri and the whole team, I was able to rent out my property quickly and with confidence. Their professionalism, efficiency, and dedication truly made a difference. I really appreciate all the hard work and highly recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and effective property management team.

Jay from equity has helped us tremendously with our property. Easy to communicate with and very proactive! Would definitely recommend!

Jay's caring, professional approach overarching the services she provides to her property owners and their tenants. Equity Property Management uses technology to streamline effective communication and manage the application process and combines it with the personal touch. I value that personal touch and can't recommend Jay and Equity Property Management highly enough.

Jay has been fantastic to work with in securing our new rental property and is always quick to respond to any questions, she has made the whole process and absolute dream from viewing the property to moving in and getting settled she has been fanatic through and through and extremely look forward to continually working with her in the future thank you
