Nicola was totally on the ball with the market appraisal. Communication was continuous and prompt with myself being the vendor. Nicola was also a very good listener if I had any queries or ideas surrounding the campaign and acted on these immediately. Extremely prompt with contacting potential buyers but careful not to scare any away. Nicola has very positive energy and this came across even more when I observed her at open inspections with her interactions with the potential buyers. Once again, not too much pressure to scare them away. I highly recommend Nicola Stacey and her assistant to anyone looking at selling their property.
