I selected Nicola as before finding out she was a real estate agent she found my missing staff ID years ago and got in contact with me to organize its return. When I found out she worked for O'Brien's I selected her as our agent as she displayed integrity and initiative in finding me. Nicola (and Ebony) were absolutely awesome with the sale of our 2 BR unit. Even with all the interest rate hikes and media trying to scare people their positive attitude and "this will sell" attitude kept our spirits up in an otherwise difficult market.
