About Elise

With over 16 years’ experience in real estate, I have a broad understanding of all facets of the industry. I take great pride and enthusiasm in my work. Sales is my passion and I love nothing more than being entrusted with what is potentially someone’s greatest asset and working at achieving a successful result. I have grown up in Drouin and am now enjoying raising my 2 children in such a vibrant town. Over the years I have seen such growth and cannot wait to see what Drouin’s future entails.

About us

A name, a reputation, a level of service that has excelled at listing, selling and getting the best returns on investment in the local market for almost thirty years. A family-owned and operated business with family values that ticks all the boxes. Our track record for real estate is unsurpassed in the local area (we even rank highly on a national scale, but that’s another story), being local means it’s more than just Real Estate. We’re huge contributors to the local community in a multitude of ways and we’re looking forward to working with you. At OBrien Real Estate Clark, property is what we sell, manage and lease. But passionate professional and caring people is who we are. Our heritage tracks back to 1991 before the first housing boom. Since then we’ve seen it all. Good markets, bad markets, slow market and fast ones and even a global pandemic. What’s stayed the same throughout the past three decades is our commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for our clients. With offices in Warragul and Drouin, and servicing outlying regions such as Neerim South, Trafalgar and Bunyip we’re big enough to trust but small enough to care. Irrespective of size and time in business, it’s our people and culture that sets us apart. It’s the combination of personality and attitudes, all aligned with the same core values that ensure we as Real Estate agents stay relevant but grounded. The success hasn’t come by way of chance, it’s the careful selection of local employees, the training, the attention to detail that goes with every communication. More than anything it’s a commitment to excellence in all that we do. Considering placing your home on the market? For the majority of us, purchasing and/or selling property is the biggest investment that we’ll ever make. For this reason, you need to carefully consider who facilitates a deal of such great magnitude; the difference between a poor and great result can range in the hundreds of thousands. When you come to OBrien Real Estate Clark, you’re placing your trust into agents you can most certainly count on. We all have first-hand experience with the stress that selling a home involves, and as a result provide a personal and compassionate service unrivalled in the area. We strive to always give people’s homes the love and the respect they deserve and always act ethically, so rest assured that when you choose OBrien, you’re in capable hands.

A chance encounter with Elise changed our lives for good

We were in neighbouring Athlone to view a property and stumbled upon an open house inspection in Drouin that day and met Elise who was the property manager for that home. A casual conversation with Elise led to us briefing her on what we were hoping for in our dream home. Elise was candid in her responses to our questions, could give us factual advise and in a few phone calls fixed up a visit to another house to inspect. She could get our specifications perfectly in one conversation and took us to the perfect home we could have envisioned. Thanks to Elise's expertise, people skills and market knowledge, we could secure our first home and will be moving in soon. The entire transaction from a chance encounter to the signing up has been one smooth journey.
