We were in neighbouring Athlone to view a property and stumbled upon an open house inspection in Drouin that day and met Elise who was the property manager for that home. A casual conversation with Elise led to us briefing her on what we were hoping for in our dream home. Elise was candid in her responses to our questions, could give us factual advise and in a few phone calls fixed up a visit to another house to inspect. She could get our specifications perfectly in one conversation and took us to the perfect home we could have envisioned. Thanks to Elise's expertise, people skills and market knowledge, we could secure our first home and will be moving in soon. The entire transaction from a chance encounter to the signing up has been one smooth journey.

Very in tune with with the real estate market

Elise & her team did a great job of selling my Mum’s unit at a very emotional time for our family. Mum was unexpectedly pushed into permanent Aged Care last year due to a sudden illness which began a period of turmoil for us all. The process of selling was much the same as for most properties, with the desired outcome being achieved, but Elise & her team went the extra mile with professionalism & efficiency. I had been dealing with Elise as Mum’ Power of Attorney so the icing on the cake for us was Elise’s personal visit to my Mum’s Aged Care facility to meet her & answer any questions she had, totally putting her mind at ease in a situation where so much was out of her control. Mum was extremely pleased & very impressed with her These are the little things that become big & show the caliber of a woman such as Elise. I definitely recommend selling your property with her & I wish her only success in her future sales!
