Clare is the real deal
As a vendor I thoroughly endorse Clare Rocke for her high level of responsiveness, communication and practical can- do attitude. I decided to go with my gut and give the relative newcomer a shot because of her apparent no fuss energy, research effort and relevant support she offered. From day one Clare was quick to roll up her sleeves (literally) and help to ensure marketing and viewings were a success. We received multiple offers after only 9 days on the market and achieved a fair price - above asking - due to competitive interest. Clare was regularly providing updates, consulted on tactical options and clearly explained the processes and risks in play at every stage. This enabled me to make informed decisions. Her follow-through documentation and professional approach leading liaison with other agents in her company was also appreciated. Once the deal was achieved her service and focus continued. With settlement now pending her personal interest in positive outcomes for all involved remains genuine. A true indicator Clare is the real deal and works hard for vendors and potential buyers alike. On this basis I do recommend you seek Clare Rocke out if you need advice on selling or buying a property. I certainly don't regret my choice in placing my trust in her approach and skills. Professsional, efficient and amazing agent!

Great Agent Very Helpfull

From the first contact with Clare the most important aspect that i found was her bright and bubbly personality. I found Clare to be very easy to deal with as her communication and knowledge of what i required was first class. Good agent.
Given that my experience with Real estate agents is extremely limited I am unable to give a reasoned comparison with other agents. However, our experience with Daniel has been good - we have found him honest and straight forward, always ready to respond to our queries. and prompt with feedback. I would have made quite a nuisance of myself over the course of the sales of our property but at no time was either Daniel or any of the Clerk staff made me to feel uncomfortable.
